Where is the item shipped from?

We have three warehouses: US warehouse, German warehouse and Chinese warehouse.

If you are the customers in the US, when we have the stock you want in our US warehouse, we will ship the item directly from our US warehouse for you.

If you are the customers in EU, you also can buy it in our German warehouse for saving time and avoiding the custom issue. But the retailer price will be higher in our German warehouse. You can contact us directly for knowing the price by email.

If you are the customers in other countries, we will ship the items directly from China. If you live in US or EU, it is also okay to ship from China if needed.
