When we received your cleared payment, we will arrange the shipment as soon as
possible, and the tracking number will be updated to you via email.
If you don’t received your package over estimated delivery time, here are some
solutions:
Firstly, please checkif someone else (your family or friends) has signed the package
for you.
Secondly, please track it (with tracking number) online to see if the package has
arrived at your local area.
Thirdly, please contact your local post office, as your package has arrived but not
been delivered yet.
If the post office does not have any news about the package, please email us at
run@runcam.com, and we will arrange a replacement for you. If there is no tracking
number provided, please email us if you have not received the package over 40 days.
