How to cancel an order?

Order processing begins once payment has been successfully received.


Cancellation may be possible during the processing stage, but once the order enters the shipping stage, it can no longer be canceled.


To request a cancellation during processing, please contact us to check the current order status.
If cancellation is still possible, the order will be marked as Cancelled, and a refund will be issued within 1–2 business days.


If the order has already shipped, please wait for the product(s) to arrive. Unwanted items may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
