How do I add or remove items for my order?

Order changes are only possible before the order has been shipped.
Please note that shipping information may not update immediately, so there could be a slight delay in status visibility.


If the order has not yet shipped, contact us at run@runcam.com and let us know the changes you'd like to make. We'll assist you as soon as possible.


If the order has already been shipped, we recommend placing a new order for additional items or returning any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy after receiving the package.
