The RunCamHD can’t be recognized by PC.

This may be a SD card/firmware/USB cable/USB slot issue, please follow the instructions:

1. Make sure camera is fully charged;
2. Use a different TF card(SANDISK 16G C1&U1) or follow the instructions on user manual to format the card;
3. Use a different USB cable;
4. Update the USB driver of your PC;
5. Update to the latest firmware.
