After placing an order at RunCam Official Website, it normally takes 3 business days for the order to update its status.
When the order gets shipped, order status would be changed, and a tracking number would be updated.
Customer could enter the tracking number at the tracking website to track the parcel.

Items are sent from China, considering the shipping time, we highly recommend customers tracking a few days later for available shipping details.
Here are 2 possible situations when tracking is unavailable:
(1) carrier has not updated yet as parcel is just sent;
(2) incorrect selected/auto-matched carrier
How do I know the correct carrier for tracking?
We provide free shipping and charging express shipping.
Free shipping:
4PX and Yanwen are the most common carriers. (especially for orders from the US, the UK and other EU countries)
SF express and Take Send are often responsible for delivering parcel containing batteries.
Please pay attention to select the correct carrier when track.
Express shipping:
We normally ship via FedEx and DHL.
Besides tracking on 17track website, customer could also go to their own official website to check the shipping details.
