You need to solder a USB cable to the PCB like below and install the attached exe. file to make your camera connected to computer to do image preview so that you can refer to the image to adjust the focus. 
Then let the camera face to the test chart(attached .png file) with a distance of 25CM to adjust the focus. Here is the brief video illustration:https://youtu.be/nvuJGN3vozI
