What to do when Runcam5 is with abnormal LED status?

If your RunCam 5 keeps flashing blue or blue and green at the same time, please try below ways to figure out the problem: 

1. Make sure your SD card is a high-speed card of C10 or above, like below ones:

2. Make sure there is no other configuration file or program file in the SD card. Thus you may format the card to FAT32 before you insert it into your camera.  

3. Try more other high-speed cards. (at least 3 cards)

4. If the problem persists, please flash the firmware by referring to below link:

https://www.runcam.com/download/runcam5/

5.If nothing helps, please send us a video illustrating the problem 、show us some pictures of both sides of these SD cards and provide us your invoice with ordering date to our email: run@runcam.com.

    Hello. I got a RunCam 5 camera. I noticed that there is no WDR (wide dynamic range) in this camera. Is it so??? Before that I had RunCam 3s, and there was WDR, is that so ???
