What to do if RunCam 3S's USB port is not connected well?

1. Try other USB cables, please.

2. Adjust the golden fingers in the USB port up and down with tweezers, please.

If the problem persists, the PCB might need to be replaced. Please send HD photos of all sides of the camera including the USB port and a video showing the problem to run@runcam.com.
