How can I have my product repaired?

At present, RunCam does not have repair centers or service stations outside of China. However, products can be shipped back to our facility in China for inspection and possible repair.

 

Before sending any items, please contact RunCam Customer Support and provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue. Our support team will evaluate the situation and advise on the next steps, including shipping instructions.

 

Please note:

● The feasibility of repair will be confirmed in advance.

● Damage caused by external factors is not covered under warranty. This includes incidents such as drone/aircraft crashes, lightning strikes, power surges, misuse, tampering, physical breakage, liquid exposure, drops, and similar causes.

● Any repair fees will depend on the specific parts that need to be replaced.

 

If a repair is not possible, we’ll do our best to offer an alternative solution.
