At any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you could contact RunCam Customer Support to return the product(s) for refund if you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase, and a refund will be issued after we receive and check the returned product.
Please kindly note the following:
- You will pay for the postage to return the product(s).
- Our product prices do not include any taxes. Any taxes or customs handling fees generated during the return process will be deducted from the refund.
