HitCam 4K might fail to get powered up when the battery power is low, or there might be an abnormal power-off / card issue when used last time.
Please follow the steps below to solve:
Step 1: Camera charging
Please use a USB-C and regular phone charger to charge the camera, checking if the charging light indicator would light up or not. Camera's hardware should be fine when there is a light on.
Step 2: Reset
If the charging status is correct, during charging HitCam 4K, please press both Up and Down button at the same time, forcing the camera to reset.
After that, please slide the switch to try powering up, checking if the camera can be turned on successfully.
Step 3: Test
Before using the camera for recording again, please make sure that the camera gets fully charged, and the used microSD card should use a correct file system format (exFAT or FAT32).
