My camera was damaged after a little crash, what should I do?

The camera is out of the warranty if it's broken after a crash.

You can send it back for repairing. You need to afford the shipping fee for both sides and the new replaced part if necessary. We will provide free labor. Or we can give you a discount for buying a new one. Because the time for repairing is a little long about 2-3 months.

    録画が細かく分かれてしまいます。電源スイッチを作動後録画するのですが、ファイルが数枚に分けられて保存されます。その際バイブ機能が働いてます。電池は満充電なので理由が見つかりません。
