I can connect to the RunCam2 WiFi manually, but when I continue with the app (Android Device) it disconnects. What should I do?

Firstly please try to scan the code in the below picture to download the APP again:

And please try the steps below:
 
Setting -> Apps -> RunCam -> Storage

Then Clear Data

Then

Setting -> Apps -> RunCam -> App Data Usage

Turn ON restrict app background data.
 
If it still doesn't work, please send us the file in the folder "RunCam Wifi" in the SD card to help us find the problem by email run@runcam.com. Thanks for your cooperation.

    2 weeks old Runcam 2 wifi wont turn on, after power on, wifi button short press for once, power light goes off, battery remain hot
