What should I return for the replacement? All of the stuff or just the camera?

    I recently bought two runcam eagles IR block. Brand new build I plug the camera in and the screen is super bright. Like so bright I can't see anything but can make out shapes. I plug another camera in and can see just fine. Please help! I wanted this to be a great camera.

    I have 3 Runcam nano 3 cameras and it seems the lens on 2 of them is lifting or coming loose from sensor/board. Is there a fix for these or a repair/replacement ??
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
