How does the runcam2 focus on the specs? Does it autofocus, or does it need to be physically and manually focused, or is it focus locked?

We will focus on the specs correctly before we ship the camera. It's focus locked. You can't adjust it later by yourself.

    When I initially used the runcam the focus was good but it is gradually getting worse. I have a video that shows it going from bad to worse after a landing. What can I do?

    The focus out of the box is absolute crap.  Anything more than a few inches away is out of focus.
