1. Please make sure that the battery is charged over 3 hours and long press 3 seconds for turning it on.
2. Please remove and replug the battery as this video shows https://youtu.be/QqYsKe81VDQ and turn it on again.
3. Please use an external power to see if the camera will turn on normally.
If this happens after the firmware update, please try this http://www.runcam.com/download/firmware-reflash.pdf
If still doesn't work, please contact run@runcam.com with your order number and a video showing the problem.
