After turning on, blue light remains on continuously(no turning off, no yellow light follows), and the camera cannot record;if plugged into PC, removable disk cannot be recognized. This may be a contact problem, please reassemble the lens module. RunCam Support - May 13, 2019 21:16

I've tried the cable, same result, and customer service hasn't returned my emails.
So anyone solve this problem yet? I just have this problem. Split1 turn on normally but cannot record VDO and photo. Not check via Runcam app or link to computer yet.
