There is no sound from the RunCamHD.

This may be a media player/ setting/SD card/firmware/mic issue. Please try the following solutions:

  1. Use a different media player;
  2. Make sure audio is ON in configuration settings;
  3. Follow the instructions on user manual to format the SD card;
  4. Update to the latest firmware;
  5. Clean the mic hole on the case.
