How to track my order status?

It is easy to track your order status.

Firstly, log in our website.

Secondly, log in your account on our website; you can click "My account" on the top

right corner of the homepage.

Then you can choose ”view order status” and view order details. You can contact us

by email run@runcam.com with your order number and we will check the tracking info 

for you. Or you can track your package by yourself according to the tracking number

we provide on different websites,like www.17track.net etc.
