Since iOS14 has increased the permission to access Local network Device, when connecting the camera through RunCam App for the first time, the system will pop up a dialog box to ask the user whether to allow RunCam App to access network devices in the local network (Figure 1), please click OK to connect the camera.

If you don't see the dialog box or accidentally click Don't Allow, please go to Settings App->RunCam and turn on the Local Network switch, as shown in Figure 2.
