Please try below steps to flash the firmware via computer:
It can be done with the camera turned off.
(Please try not to insert the sd card and the battery in the camera while reflashing.)
1.Install this drive first to your computer: https://runcam.zendesk.com/attachments/token/vDErTSW4RgCokgRQ3DNHTxASA/?name=icatch_v3000_For_V37_V50_V35_V33_K33.7z
2. Find a USB-C cable supporting data transfer.
Insert the type-c connector to the camera, and then hold both Zoom- (down) button and the Menu button at the same time. Then, insert the USB connector to the computer.
If the camera gets recognized successfully, you will see two devices in device manager as shown below, and then you could release the buttons.
3. Download the attached file "download.zip", extract it after downloading.
Find FRM program and click to execute. Set the settings as the below screenshot, click ISP to start flashing. A few minutes later, it will show ISP finished and flashing is done.
