RunCam2 USB port is not connected well. The light isn't on while connecting it via USB.

1. Try another cable, please.

2. Adjust the golden fingers in the USB port up and down with tweezers, please.

If the problem persists, PCB might need to be replaced. Please send HD photos of all sides of the camera including the USB port and a video showing the problem to run@runcam.com.
